POLICIES

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of my detailed, semi-invasive services, I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied for your appointment. No friends, family, partners, children, and/or pets. There are restaurants/bars, Starbucks and etc. nearby if your guest(s) would like to wait for you to complete your appointment.

DEPOSITS:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provide upon booking online. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your permanent cosmetic appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. CASH PAYMENTS ARE PREFERRED. Zelle, Card, Cash, Apple Pay, and Venmo are all accepted upon checkout.

CANCELLATIONS:

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only transferrable if rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited if you try to reschedule within 72 hours.

LATENESS:

Please familiarize yourself with my location. Parking is in the building or on the street. My studio has a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Give yourself enough time to find my studio and parking. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule a future appointment.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP:

I am highly selective when working over existing tattoos and other brow artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, DM me on IG at @BrowBabyEm OR email contact@browbabyem.com clear photos of your brows for approval, BEFORE booking online. In addition to the photos, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the results you are looking for. If approved, you will receive a link to schedule a “Brow Correction/Cover Up."

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:

All permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain desired results. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less-than-desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all PRE & POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS. These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service.  Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. Once you book your appointment with me, a text will be sent to your number on file with all pre-care instructions. Double check the cell number provided is correct.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion. I will not tolerate a bully or disrespect at any point in time. Kindness is always the way.
